The menu at Carlyle on the Green lives up to its majestic surroundings. Our cuisine is a fusion of classic presentation and world-class, cutting edge style. Created by Executive Chef Phil Abshire, it combines a classic steakhouse menu with numerous fish dishes, all prepared with a special flair. We offer versatile menus that are customized to accommodate every client’s specific needs. Kosher and glatt kosher catering is available.
Dining
The Oak Room restaurant is the latest addition to Carlyle on the Green which features a distinctive menu of juicy steaks, fresh seafood, succulent baby lamb chops, pastas, unique desserts, premier wines, and much more. We offer indoor/outdoor dining, bar and lounge areas, all with the panoramic views of the park’s rolling greens. Open to the public, breakfast and lunch menus are available everyday and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Live music is performed on Saturday evenings. Reservations are recommended.
